Shawn M. Bartsh

Shawn Bartsh concentrates her practice representing injured persons. She gained national recognition for her work representing families of children who were severely injured or killed by malfunctioning garage door openers. Through her efforts, state and federal legislation was passed mandating safety devices for the openers. She also initiated a national public education campaign on door opener safety. Shawn has been an adjunct professor at William Mitchell College of Law. She is also very active in civic and community groups, having served as the President of the Highland District Council and the Highland Business Association.
